I have answers to a couple of answers to questions that came up during the walk through: This project requires commercial prevailing wage rate to be paid, not residential. This was confirmed with LNI.

For the sewer utility, the sewer line on Main Street has a bury depth of 5.5 feet. So the side sewers that need to be capped will be approximately 2.5 feet to 4 feet deep.
