Q: Are there titles for boats, trailers, etc. on the property?

A: Assume no titles for property abandoned at the site. All property removed from the site can be demolished or removed intact at contractors discretion.

Q: Do the building slabs on grade get removed at the 14017 site? Or does the entire site remain a hard surface?

A: Yes. Building slaps are to be removed. Only asphalt and fencing is to remain on 14017.

Q: There were various containers of chemicals/oils/paints/etc. apparent at the site walk, how should we handle the proper removal and disposal of these items when we don't know the quantity or exact content of the containers?

A: Assume materials on site can be disposed of as solid waste under the existing demolition bid item. Additional expenses from unexpected hazardous waste can be addressed as a minor change if necessary
